Tokyo 2020 will host the Chef de Mission Seminar for each country’s National Paralympic Committee (NPC) in Tokyo during 10 – 12 September. This will include a briefing on the progress of preparations for the Games and the Games Plan.
Attendees will include around 250 NPC delegates and International Paralympic Committee members. On 12 September, IPC president Andrew Parsons will officially deliver an invitation to NPC representatives for athletes from all over the world to attend the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
