PAK v AFG | Pakistan won the series and secured the top rank in the ODI standings

Pakistan secured a series win over Afghanistan with a 3-0 victory. In the 3rd ODI between PAK and AFG at RPICS. Earlier, PAK skipper Babar Azam won the toss and chose to bowl first. Babar scored 60 runs, taking the responsibility into his hands, while Mohammad Rizwan contributed 67 runs. At the end of PAK’s innings, they managed to score 268/8. Gulbadin Naib and Fareed Ahmad took 2 wickets each for AFG.

In reply, AFG lost their first and middle wickets at regular intervals, but Mujeeb Ur Rahman performed brilliantly, scoring 64 runs. An unlucky hit wicket from Mujeeb shattered AFG’s hopes. Eventually, PAK’s bowlers limited AFG to 209 all out in 48.4 overs. PAK won the match by 59 runs, securing the top rank in the ODI standings with this victory.
