Matt Short, Jitesh Sharma, and Sam Curran scored 36, 25, and 22 runs respectively. However, PBKS could only manage to score 153/8 in their 20 overs. Mohit Sharma took 2 wickets for 18 runs for GT and was awarded the Player of the Match.
In response, Shubman Gill’s brilliant performance helped GT easily chase down the target. He scored 67 runs off 49 balls with 7 fours and one six. With this win, Gujarat Titans secured their third victory in the TATA IPL 2023, winning by 6 wickets.
