In the 9th match of the LPL 2024, Galle Marvels chased down the target with 17 balls to spare and won by 6 wickets over Kandy Falcons at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.
Asked to bat first, Kandy Falcons set a target of 176 for Galle. Andre Fletcher and skipper Wanindu Hasaranga contributed 50 and 65* runs respectively. Isuru Udana took 3 wickets for Galle Marvels.
In reply, Tim Seifert’s unbeaten 82 runs off 49 balls with 11 fours and 2 sixes guided Galle Marvels to victory.
