Earlier, RCB won the toss and opted to bowl first, limiting Punjab Kings’ innings to 176/6. PBKS skipper Shikhar Dhawan scored 45 runs off 37 balls. Mohammed Siraj and Glenn Maxwell each took 2 wickets for RCB.
Chasing the modest target, Virat Kohli contributed 77 runs before being dismissed by Harshal Patel. However, Dinesh Karthik’s quick 28-run chase down the target 4 balls to spare.
