KKR’s Andre Russell slammed an explosive 50 and partnered well with Rinku Singh to take their team’s score beyond 200. Andre Russell scored an unbeaten 64 runs off 25 balls, including 3 fours and 7 sixes. With that, KKR managed to set a challenging target of 208/7 in 20 overs. T Natarajan was outstanding for SRH, picking up 3 wickets.
SRH batsman Heinrich Klaasen scored a brilliant 63-run knock that brought SRH close to victory, but the KKR bowling unit managed to restrict SRH to 204/7 in 20 overs, securing a narrow 4-run victory. Harshit Rana (3) and Andre Russell (2) claimed wickets.
