New Zealand Edge Bangladesh In Rain-Hit Game To Level Series

New Zealand on Sunday beat Bangladesh by 17 runs in a rain-curtailed third and final T20I to level the series 1-1 at Mount Maunganui. Chasing a target of 111, New Zealand were 95/5 before rain interrupted the proceedings at the Bay Oval. The match was eventually called off, with the Kiwis edging the visitors on DLS method. Earlier, Bangladesh won the first game by 5 wickets in Napier to take a 1-0 lead before heavy rain forced the second game between hosts New Zealand and Bangladesh to be called off Friday, with the home team on 72-2 after 11 overs
