Mumbai Indians managed to buy Sri Lankan fast bowler Dilshan Madushanka in the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) player auction today (19th).
It is special that the Mumbai Indians team, which is present in this auction under the guidance of former Sri Lankan captain Mahela Jayawardene, has paid 4.60 crore Indian rupees to Dilshan Madushanka.
Its value in Sri Lankan currency is about 180 million rupees.
He was offered for the auction under a basic value of 50 lakh Indian rupees.
Also, Dilshan Madushanka appeared in an IPL auction for the first time.
