The Eliminator of the ongoing LPL (Lanka Premier League) 2023 will feature a clash between B-love Kandy (BLK) and Jaffna Kings, (JK) at the R. Premadasa Stadium, in Colombo, on Thursday, August 17
Jaffna Kings narrowly escaped from Crashing out from the tournament as their close contender Colombo Stickers loose their last game against Galle titans for a low score.
Kandy and Kings acquired the third and fourth places in the group standings, respectively, and they will be keen on putting forth a good performance to clinch a win and make it to Qualifier 2.
B-Love Kandy played their last game against Dambulla Aura in the group stages, and they suffered a hefty 20-run loss. On the other hand, Jaffna Kings will be coming into the clash on the back of a loss as well. They took on the Galle Titans in their previous clash and suffered a defeat as well. With both sides coming into the game after losing their previous games, it could be interesting to see how they fare and which side further progresses in the competition.
