Dates fixed for Legends League and Road safety Championship

Dates have been set for the Legends League Cricket Tournament and the Road Safety World Cricket Championship, which will feature former cricketers who have excelled in cricket.

The Legends League Cricket Tournament will be held in India from January 18 to 30 next year and the Road Safety World Cricket Championship will be held in India from February 3 to March 15 next year.

The Legends League Cricket Tournament will be hosted by the Asian team and the Indian team with the participation of three teams from around the world.

Sanath Jayasuriya from Sri Lanka for the Asian Veterans Team M. Dilshan, Chaminda Vaas, Upul Tharanga and Romesh Kaluwitharana will be joined by Pakistan players Saeed Afridi, Shoaib Malik, Younis Khan, Shoaib Akhtar and Misbah-ul-Haq, along with players from Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
The teams will represent Sri Lanka, India, South Africa, New Zealand, West Indies, England, Bangladesh and Australia.

Banerjee Lara joins West Indies M. Dilshan captained the Sri Lankan team, Jonty Rhodes led the South African team, Sachin Tendulkar captained the Indian team and Kevin Pietersen captained the England team.
