Afghanistan trounce Namibia by 62 runs in Abu Dhabi, to add 2 more points to their tally.

Winning the toss the Afghan skipper Mohd Nabi opted to bat first. The Afghanistan batters batters were on a run spree , however the Namibians controlled the flow to some extent , Afghanistan ended their alloted 20 overs on 160 runs for 5 Wickets.

Mohd Shahzad made 45 , Zazai made 33 , Asghar Afghan who plays his last international match made 31.Skipper Mohamed Nabi made a valuable 32.

Pursuing a total of 161 , it looked a herculean task for minows. They came in for testing times as Hamid Hasan scalped 3 wickets for 9 runs.

David Wiese was the only batter who looked composed as he made 26. Naveen ul Haq got among the wickets , as he scalped 3 for 26. Rashid Khan was miserly and toi 1 for 14. Gulbadin Naib 2 for 19 was great to watch.

Namibia could muster only 98 for 9 wickets , as Afghanistan gave their former Captain Asghar Afghan a great farewell with a comprehensive win by 62 runs.
