According to the match schedule, the Sri Lankan women's cricket team will leave for Bangladesh on April 17, and they will leave for Rajshahi, 252 km from Dhaka, on the same day. After training on April 18 and 19, they will play the first ODI against Bangladesh at the Rajshahi Regional Cricket Stadium on April 20. The remaining two matches of the series will be played at the same stadium on April 22 and 25, starting at 9.30 am.
The remaining two matches of the tournament, which will be held on April 30 and May 2, will be held at the same Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. All matches of the Twenty20 tournament will begin at 6 pm, and the Sri Lankan women's cricket team is scheduled to leave for Colombo on May 3.
After the ODI series, the Sri Lanka women's cricket team will leave for Sylhet, 460 kilometers away from Rajshahi, on April 26, and will face Bangladesh in the first T20I match at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on April 28.
The Sri Lankan women's cricket team last played an ODI in Bangladesh during the 2011 Women's World Cup Qualifiers. Prior to that, the Sri Lankan women's team played an ODI in Bangladesh during the 2009 Women's Tri-Nation. The Sri Lankan women's cricket team, led by Shashikala Siriwardena, won the tri-nation series against Bangladesh and Pakistan.
