Sri Lanka leg-spinner Wanindu Hasaranga has been signed by Lucknow Super Giants for INR. 20 million at the 2026 Indian Premier League auction held in Abu Dhabi on 16 December.
The franchise secured Hasaranga at his base price during the auction.
The all-rounder, a regular feature in T20 leagues worldwide, is expected to strengthen Lucknow’s bowling attack ahead of the 2026 season.
