The 33rd Mercantile Services Basketball Association League (MSBA) has reached its 40th day of action as the top corporate giants and plenty of new entrants keep on battling it out for the ultimate prize in their respective groups with all the matches being worked off at the Royal Complex (indoor) in Colombo. In the men’s category CodeGen International tasted the C-Division championship whilst Sri Lankan Airlines laid their hands on the D-Division title.
Rukshan Athapaththu (CodeGen) and Rayan Jayaratna (SriLankan Airlines) won the Ranil Ganewatte Memorial Most Valuable Player of the Tournament awards in their respective divisions.
