The global stage is set for the 13th season of the World Para Athletics Grand Prix, with the action kicking off in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in February and concluding in Cali, Colombia, in September.
The 2026 GP calendar has been released, featuring nine stops across four continents. More information about each event in WPA’s premier series can be found here.
Dubai, host of the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships, will once again open the season at the Dubai Club for People of Determination.
The series continues in Asia, heading to New Delhi, host of the most recent World Championships. The JLN Stadium will welcomes the world’s best again in March for the second edition of the New Delhi Grand Prix.
Rabat will make its debut as the first of two African stops. The Stade Olympique de Rabat in the Moroccan capital will host the event through to 2028.
The Grand Prix then travels to the Americas for the Jalisco 2026 GP, returning to the Polideportivo CODE Revolucion in Guadalajara in May.
Also in May, two of the most traditional European legs will take place in Nottwil and Paris – the latter at Stade Charlety, which also hosted the World Para Athletics Championships in 2023.
In June, the series returns to Africa with a stop in Tunis, followed by the second edition of the All-Women’s Grand Prix in Olomouc, Czechia, after a successful debut in 2025.
The 2026 World Para Athletics Grand Prix season wraps up in South America, with a four-day Grand Prix at the Stadium Pedro Grajales in Cali, Colombia.
