The second match of the Asian 15-member Rugby Championship will be played against Hong Kong on Sunday (22) at 2.00 pm Sri Lankan time in Hong Kong. The Sri Lankan team, led by Tharinda Ratwatte, which left for Hong Kong yesterday, has 25 players, with Danushka Ranjan and Shahid Sumri as new additions to the team.
Sri Lanka lost 38-34 to South Korea in their first match at the recently concluded Asian Rugby U15 Championship, which is being held as a qualifier for the 2027 Rugby U15 World Cup.
