In the women’s section, those who are slated to head to Thailand are sprinter Amasha de Silva (100 m), H.W.K. Hapuarachchi (100 m hurdles) and Madushani Herath (triple jump and long jump).
In the men’s category Safree Ahamed (triple jumper), Rusiru Chathuranga (800 m) and Vicknaraja Vakshan (1500 m, 5000 m) will be featured at the four-day meet.
Hurdler Ayomal Akalanka who will be the youngest member of the Lankan contingent aged 19.
