Chasing 254 runs, the Lankans were dismissed for 164 in 45.4 overs at the R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. Harshitha Samarawickrama, who scored 33 runs, was the top run-getter for her team. Sophie Ecclestone took 4 wickets and conceded just 17 runs. Nat Sciver-Brunt scored a hundred and took 2 wickets. The England captain was named the Player of the Match.
