The grand spectacle that is the World Gym for Life Challenge 2025 took place in Lisbon from 22-26 July drawing together approximately 3,800 participants representing 31 nations in what has become one of the world’s largest and most inspiring gymnastics festivals.
Amid this vibrant global gathering, the Sri Lanka Boys’ National Gymnastics Team delivered a captivating routine that outshone expectations and earned them the bronze medal – a moment of national pride and international acclaim.
Their performance was a dynamic fusion of acrobatics, pommel horse artistry, floor work, human jump ropes, and imaginative choreography – a truly electric mix that had the audience cheering from start to finish.
The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) lauded the Sri Lankan team’s display as a “master class rich in content,” celebrating their creativity, technical strength, and unmatched energy.
