The 13th Defence Services Wushu Championship 2024/2025 conducted successfully at the Sri Lanka Army Mahinda Rajapaksa Indoor Gymnasium, Ambepussa from 2-4 June.
The Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Army Wushu, Brigadier C.S. Thibbatuge graced the occasion as the chief guest.
The Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) Women’s Wushu team emerged as the women’s champions, securing an impressive haul of three gold, three silver and five bronze medals.
The event was attended by the SLAF Wushu Chairperson Air Commodore Sulochana Marapperuma, SLAF Wushu officials, senior officers of Sri Lanka Army and Navy and other Wushu officials.
