Should Samaraweera be recalled to the ODI squad?

"Too many off days. Nothing should interfere psychologically either on the field or off the field but it seems that is not happening. The non-payment of salaries and the exhaustion of funds are clear symptoms of mismanagement. The cricketers... should be admired for playing without wages for over 9 months, something no politician or any other employee would have done.
